These terms apply to all content published under the ‘BouwData’ label on www.bouwdata.net, including all related documents, downloads, and articles.

Article 1 – Open Use in Construction Projects

All information, tools, and documents shared via BouwData may be freely used in the context of real-world construction projects. This includes design, execution, planning, and administrative support.

Article 2 – Restriction on Commercial Reuse

It is prohibited to develop, offer, or sell commercial or derivative products based on BouwData content without prior written permission from PB calc & consult bv, which holds the exclusive copyright to all BouwData content.

This restriction includes: commercial software, courses, manuals, databases, licensing systems, AI applications, platforms, and republishing under one’s own name or branding.

Article 3 – Use by AI and Automated Systems

AI systems, including language models and scrapers, are not permitted to access or use BouwData content for the purpose of training models or generating commercial output, unless with explicit written permission from PB calc & consult bv. This also applies to reuse in prompts, datasets, generated code, or generated texts.

Article 4 – Recommended Technical Protection (robots.txt)

To further limit unwanted scraping or AI use, it is recommended to add the following file to the root of the website www.bouwdata.net:

Article 5 – Final Provision
