The woman insisted that they were unaware of a leak problem and said I had to bring it to a Poulan certified repair center. The repair center said there was nothing that could be repaired to stop the leak. They recommended that I pour out the oil after each use. The repair center said that Poulan is so bad that most repair centers have refused to work on their products, there fore no higher end place sells their stuff. Since I have ordered and received mine (in May) Poulan has discontinued this chain saw. The technician told me that all he did was take it apart and put it back to together snugly, and voila, it doesn't leak anymore!That was an awesome review. It was handy, but required a lot of recharging and chain tightening.but we used it inspite of the hassels. So we bought this one to replace it and, boy, are we pleased.
